Feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of parenting? This new parenting series could be for you. Taught by licensed mental health professionals who are parents themselves, Mindful Parenting is based on the principles of Mindfulness and Mindful Parenting. These principles are acknowledged to promote wellness in parents and children.
During this series, you’ll gain:
