Kira Brawley (pictured above), was expected by her parents to be premature.  She was born at a shockingly 2-pound, 9-ounces.  “The flight team and NICU team were both incredible, stabilizing Kira and giving great support to me and my husband,”  says Kira's mother, Beverly.
