Care for Skin Cancer
Skin cancer (non-melanoma) is the most common form of cancer by far. Fortunately, skin cancer is often treatable. If you have skin cancer, it’s important to get the best possible care. At Lehigh Valley Health Network’s cancer centers at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest and Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, you’ll find doctors who are leaders in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. You’ll have the advantages of the latest advances in treatment.
In addition to superior medical care, you also can count on plenty of practical help for you and your family during treatment and recovery. You can expect to be treated with respect, kindness and compassion.
These are some of the reasons we've been selected as a site of the National Cancer Institute’s Community Cancer Centers Program (NCCCP). Through this program, patients have access to more clinical trials, plus we’re able to increase access and decrease barriers to cancer care. We're also affiliated with the Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa, Fla., which further increases access to breakthrough cancer clinical research.
