Ensuring your child lives a happy, healthy life is one of your most important responsibilities, and ours as well. As the region's leader in pediatrics, Lehigh Valley Health Network is passionate about seeing children grow up healthy, happy and strong.

Our Level 1 Trauma Center and Regional Burn Center provide the region's highest level of trauma care for children. We offer the region's only pediatric surgeons and anesthesiologists, and the only pediatric intensive care unit. Plus, our pediatric physicians are board-certified in 26 clinical specialties such as cancer, cardiology, critical care and trauma, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, allergies, radiology, rheumatology, adolescent medicine, and more. We also offer several pediatric health care services not found anywhere else in the region. This includes:

• Pediatric cancer program
• Pediatric ambulatory (outpatient) surgery program
• Most experienced neonatal intensive care unit
• Child life specialists who help children relax and adjust while in the hospital

Lehigh Valley Health Network is a member of The National Association of Children’s Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI) – the only hospital in the Lehigh Valley region to attain this membership. This means our caregivers network with health care professionals across the nation who share our understanding of children’s needs, treatment and development.
