For more information or to make a corporate wellness request for your company, please call a Valley Preferred BeneFIT representative at 610-969-0487 or click on BeneFIT. This link will guide you to Valley Preferred's BeneFIT web page, where you can learn more about corporate wellness. On this page, click on "Request for Corporate Wellness" and complete your request. A minimum of 90 days notification is required for all requests.
