About

Philosophy of care

I truly enjoy the "family" in family medical care -- helping to keep the children (from newborn through adolescence), women, men and the elderly of this community healthy. I strive to be an encouraging partner to my patients, whether we're promoting wellness through prevention or managing chronic illnesses. In addition to health promotion and disease prevention, I have an enthusiastic interest for musculoskeletal disorders, asthma management, psychiatric illness and in helping patients with end-of-life care -- making life as comfortable as possible for people with terminal illness. Also, I have a unique knowledge of and healthy respect for medications, because I am a registered pharmacist.
