Care for Atrial Fibrillation

Atrial fibrillation is the most common type of irregular heartbeat. Disorganized electrical activity in the top chambers of the heart causes a rapid and disorganized heartbeat. This causes you to experience shortness of breath, palpitations, fatigue, weakness and lightheadedness. Despite this abnormality in the heart's conduction system, some people may experience no symptoms at all.
