Third Year Medical Students
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) currently offers third year core clinical clerkships to medical students from four affiliated medical schools; Penn State College of Medicine, Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Temple University School of Medicine, and also physician assistant students from DeSales University. Clerkship assignments are determined by a student’s participation in their school’s lottery process. Students assigned to this clinical site must register with LVHN’s Office of Student Affairs at least three weeks in advance of their scheduled rotation to ensure timely processing of housing assignments and appropriate building and computer access.
