Appointments Required
Please notify the receptionist when you arrive. If you are waiting for more than 10 minutes, Please notify the receptionist.

On-time Appointment Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork. If you are late for any appointment, please call the office (numbers above) to notify us of the situation as soon as possible so we can help you determine if you can be seen when you arrive or if you will need to be rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Missed Appointment Policy
Missing appointments is a big concern to us because we want to provide everyone great service. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. Doing so will allow us to give your appointment to another person that is waiting to be scheduled. If you do not understand why you must attend the appointment, please contact us.
Your doctor will be notified, if you miss three (3) scheduled appointments or cancel three (3) appointments in a row (excluding illness and weather). Please feel free to contact us should you need our services in the future.
Patient Appointment Reminder System (Weight Management Patients Only)
You will receive an automated telephone reminder call. Please be sure to listen to the entire message. At the end of the message you will be given instructions on how to confirm or cancel your appointment using your phone.
