Medical Students/Physician Assistant Students

The physicians and staff of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) have a long-standing commitment to excellence in medical education. As faculty members of the University of South Florida - College of Medicine, we strive to create an atmosphere where learning will flourish.  

 

Third Year Medical Students

LVHN currently offers third year core clinical clerkships to medical students from four affiliated medical schools; Penn State College of Medicine, Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Temple University School of Medicine determined by participation in the school’s lottery process.

Fourth Year Medical Students

LVHN will begin taking elective requests for AY 2012-13 on April 1, 2012

 

LVHN offers elective rotations to 4th year medical students from LCME and AOA accredited medical schools in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Students must apply through the Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS) – click on the link below.   Students will receive a VSAS email notification with the department’s decision to approve or not approve a request.
