Lehigh Valley Health Network nurses stand out among the best in the world. The American Nurses Credentialing Center has designated us a Magnet hospital – the highest recognition of nursing excellence in the nation. We are the only health network in the Lehigh Valley region and one of just six in Pennsylvania with this honor.

Magnet Attractions is a publication for the nurses who work so hard to ensure continued Magnet designation. Each issue captures the stories that embody their dedication to the highest quality patient care. These stories focus on the Forces of Magnetism, standards created by the American Nurses Credentialing Center to guide and set expectations for nursing leadership, policies and programs, resources, care improvement and more. These forces are the foundation and principles that guide our care for patients.
