Mark J. Lobitz, DO, has been a member of the Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Trustees since 2017. He is Past President of the LVHN Medical Staff and Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Hazleton Medical Staff, and serves as Chair of the LVH–Hazleton Board of Trustees. He has been a member of the LVH–Hazleton Credentials and Medical Executive Committee since 1992. Dr. Lobitz is a graduate of Wilkes University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship at Allentown Osteopathic Hospital. Dr. Lobitz joined the LVH–Hazleton’s medical staff in September 1985 as a member of the Family Medicine Department and has a private practice in Hazleton. Dr. Lobitz and his wife, Stephanie, live in Hazleton and have two children.
