There are several ways you can improve your health, the first step is knowing where to sign up and who to contact.

Classes, support groups and events

At Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), we recognize that good health is a partnership. In addition to providing leading-edge diagnostic and treatment services, we want to help you take control of your own health. That’s why we offer a variety of classes, support groups and events focused on education, preventive care and wellness.

Contact us for your community event

Another part of being a good partner is reaching out to assist people who organize their own health fairs and other events that help people live healthier. We consider our participation in these events to be an important extension of our mission to heal, comfort and care for the people of our community.

If your community event supports our mission, our Public Affairs colleagues will assess resource availability for participation in your event. (If you are planning an employee-focused event, support may be available through Valley Preferred, which offers a variety of workplace health resources.)

Examples of LVHN community outreach include:

  • Providing health screenings for things like blood pressure, blood glucose and balance issues.
  • Staffing health-related education and information tables
  • Arranging a speaker on a health-related topic 

How to reach us to participate in your event

If you are interested in having LVHN participate in your upcoming event, please complete the form below. At least 60 days’ advance notice is required. Additional criteria are included on the form. We will evaluate your request and respond to you within 10 business days. We look forward to working with you to help make our community a healthier place to live and work.
