The David Joseph Administrative Fellowship Training Program

Lehigh Valley Health Network’s (LVHN) administrative fellowship is designed to provide an educational environment and an experience that will contribute to your growth and development as a quality health care professional. Fellows will gain exposure to clinical and operational departments, providing an opportunity to apply knowledge, skills and abilities learned in the classroom in a practical work setting while gaining real management experience.

Why work at Lehigh Valley Health Network?

  • Lehigh Valley Hospital has consistently ranked among the nation’s top hospitals on U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals list.  Read more about our awards and recognition.
  • Our nurses stand out among the best in the world. Three consecutive times, the American Nurses Credentialing Center has designated us a Magnet hospital – the highest honor an organization can receive for quality nursing care – based on a rigorous application and inspection. Only 4 percent of hospitals in the nation hold this honor, and we are the only Magnet hospital in the Lehigh Valley.
  • Fellows establish one-on-one mentorship with senior leadership in core departments such as operations, human resources, finance, supply chain management, ambulatory services, and patient care services.

The Lehigh Valley is Pennsylvania’s third most-populated metropolitan region and includes the cities of Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton. Learn more about life in the Lehigh Valley.
