The David Joseph Administrative Fellowship Training Program
Lehigh Valley Health Network’s (LVHN) administrative fellowship is a two-year program designed to provide an educational environment and an experience that will contribute to your growth and development as a quality health care professional. Fellows will gain exposure to clinical and operational departments, providing an opportunity to apply knowledge, skills and abilities learned in the classroom in a practical work setting while gaining real management experience.
Why work at Lehigh Valley Health Network?
- For the 18th consecutive year, Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest ranked among the nation’s top hospitals on U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hospitals list. Read more about our awards and recognition.
- Our nurses stand out among the best in the world. Three consecutive times, the American Nurses Credentialing Center has designated us a Magnet hospital – the highest honor an organization can receive for quality nursing care – based on a rigorous application and inspection. Only 4 percent of hospitals in the nation hold this honor, and we are the only Magnet hospital in the Lehigh Valley.
- Fellows establish one-on-one mentorship with senior leadership and rotate through core departments such as operations, human resources, finance and supply chain management with the Lehigh Valley Health Network
