Lehigh Valley Health Network’s (LVHN) human resources (HR) department was presented the Human Resources Department of the Year Award for 2015 by the Delaware Valley HR Executive Alliance Group at an awards ceremony attended by more than 350 HR executives in Philadelphia on Nov. 19. This was the 18th installment of the awards ceremony which recognizes HR professionals and organizations that have made significant contributions to their enterprises in the work they do every day. LVHN’s HR department includes the following areas: compensation, benefits & HR information systems, employee relations, talent acquisition, employee health, children’s early care and education, and volunteer and auxiliary services.
