Do you know a qualified candidate interested in working for LVHN? When you refer a qualified candidate for select positions, you could be eligible to earn a referral bonus.

How can I refer a friend?

Please complete our employee referral form, including both your contact information as a current LVHN colleague and the contact information for the candidate you are referring. Be sure to include which role you are referring them for, and a recruiter will reach out to confirm the referral.

What positions are eligible?

The colleague referral bonus is awarded to eligible colleagues only when they refer a candidate who is hired for a hard-to-fill position of great need at LVHN. While we are only able to offer a referral bonus on select positions, we continue to work diligently to fill all vacant positions throughout the health network.

How long is the bonus available?

Referral bonuses are available for a limited time once announced, and the latest referral bonus information can always be found on LVHN Insider. Positions chosen for a referral bonus are based on the needs of the organization.   

2024 Enhanced Referral Bonuses only at LVH–Pocono, LVH–Hazleton and LVH–Schuylkill

Effective Saturday, Feb. 10 – Wednesday, May 1

Graduate nurse

  • A $10,000 referral bonus is available for the referring colleague.
  • To be paid out in the following increments: a $5,000 installment to the referring colleague in the first paycheck 90 days following the new hire’s start date and a $5,000 installment at their one-year anniversary. The new colleague must begin work on or before Dec. 31, 2024.

Experienced* nurse (all areas other than medical-surgical) 

  • A $20,000 referral bonus is available for the referring colleague.
  • To be paid out in the following increments: a $10,000 installment to referring colleague in the first paycheck 90 days following the new hire’s start date and a $10,000 installment at their one-year anniversary. The new colleague must begin work on or before July 1, 2024.

 Experienced* inpatient medical-surgical nurse

  • A $30,000 referral bonus is available for the referring colleague.
  • To be paid out in the following increments: a $10,000 installment to the referring colleague in the first paycheck following the new hire’s start date, a $10,000 installment at the six-month anniversary with LVHN and a $10,000 installment at their one-year anniversary. The new colleague must begin work on or before July 1, 2024.

    Network-wide referral bonuses available

    You will receive $10,000 after six months of active employment and $10,000 after one year.

    You will receive $5,000 after six months of active employment and $5,000 after one year.

    You will receive $5,000 after six months of active employment and $5,000 after one year.

    You will receive $5,000 after six months of active employment and $5,000 after one year.

    You will receive $5,000 within 30 days of active employment.

    You will receive $3,750 after six months of active employment and $3,750 after one year.

    You will receive $2,500 after six months of active employment and $2,500 after one year.

    You will receive the bonus within 30 days of active employment.

    Eligible roles include CT technologist, MRI technologist, X-ray technologist, ultrasonographer and vascular technologist. You will receive $2,500 after six months of active employment and $2,500 after one year.

    You will receive $2,500 after six months of active employment and $2,500 after one year.

    You will receive $2,500 after six months of active employment and $2,500 after one year.

    You will receive $1,500 after six months of active employment and $1,500 after one year.

    You will receive $2,500 after six months of active employment and $2,500 after one year.

    You will receive $2,500 after six months of the new hire’s active employment and $2,500 after one year when you refer to a 0.6 or a 0.9 FTE (employee referral bonus prorated based on FTE). 

    You will receive $1,250 after six months of active employment and $1,250 after one year.

    You will receive $1,250 after six months of active employment and $1,250 after one year.

    You will receive $500 after six months of active employment and $500 after one year.

    You will receive $500 after six months of active employment and $500 after one year.

    You will receive $500 after six months of active employment and $500 after one year.

    You will receive $500 after six months of active employment and $500 after one year.

    You will receive 50% after six months of active employment and 50% after one year.

    You will receive $250 after six months of active employment and $250 after one year.

    You will receive $100 in your first paycheck after the colleague is hired and $100 after 60 days of active employment.
