Schedule your COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment
Everyone age 12 and older is eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Appointments are required. Read the considerations below and follow the prompts to schedule an appointment for your first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
Considerations Before Scheduling a COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment
There are some reasons to carefully plan when you have your COVID-19 vaccine:
- You must schedule your COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days after receiving any other vaccine.
- You must be symptom-free and 10 days out from a positive COVID-19 test result before receiving the vaccine. Please schedule your appointment at least 10 days after your COVID-19 test.
- You must wait 90 days after a COVID-19 antibody treatment to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. If you have already received your first dose of vaccine before receiving monoclonal antibody treatment for COVID-19, you do not need to repeat the first dose.
- Appointments for people age 12-17 must be made by a guardian and a guardian must be present at the time of vaccination.
