About Dr. Fisher
Philosophy of care
I treat and care for you and all others who entrust their care to me like I would treat my family. I listen and encourage your input when forming a treatment plan. I employ osteopathic principles of treating the whole patient in my approach to general surgery.
Why I entered medicine
I have wanted to be a doctor since childhood. Then, in college, I suffered a facial injury that required surgery. I was so impressed with the care provided me and how it made me feel that I knew my childhood dream was the correct choice. I like to help people, and medicine affords me that opportunity.
Community involvement
I was very active in my community's Little League and soccer league when my children were younger. I was a member of the Rotary Club and now participate in the United Way.
Personal interests
I enjoy spending time with my family. I love hiking, golf and skiing as well as traveling.
