About Dr. Cooley

Philosophy of care

My philosophy of care is patient-centric: Ensuring you receive the best medical care in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Why I entered medicine

I love science and I love art; medicine is a wonderful combination of both. The practice of medicine is a life of constant growth, learning and change, always with the goal of guiding our patients to productive happier and healthier lives.

Community involvement

I live on a small family farm raising livestock and for years have donated organic meat to area food banks. I volunteer for EyeCare America, a program that helps patients without the means to quality eye care, through the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS). I also am involved with women’s basketball at Lafayette College.

Personal interests

Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, reading, gardening, and traveling.
