About Dr. Arora
Philosophy of care
The most important thing I can do for you is to determine the exact source of your pain. There are multiple pain generators throughout the spine and an accurate diagnosis is crucial in determining the best treatments. I will accomplish this by performing a comprehensive history/exam and utilizing meticulously performed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. To help you, I believe in performing high-quality and evidence-based spine interventions using a multidisciplinary approach to managing pain. This can include utilizing injections, medications, physical therapy and manipulation.
Why I entered medicine
Like most physicians, I entered medicine to help people. Throughout medical school, I found that pain was a significant limitation for patients, functionally as well as psychologically. I chose physical medicine and rehabilitation with a focus on improving patients' quality of life and function through a multidisciplinary treatment approach. I further specialized in interventional spine care to offer more ways to achieve that goal.
Community involvement
I have presented on various spine topics locally and at national meetings. Currently I'm the spine physician for Lehigh University, providing care for Division 1 athletes.
Personal interests
I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, traveling, exercising, watching and playing sports.
