About

Philosophy of care

Patients with chronic diseases need special care and attention. It's important for me to educate patients so they feel more in control of their disease and their lives.

Why I entered medicine

Rheumatology is a very challenging specialty for physicians as well as for patients. The diseases are complex and encompass every field of medicine. Growing up in my community I was always grateful for the care given to me and my family. As a result, I wanted to provide my community medical care they needed, particularly those with challenging rheumatic illnesses.

Community involvement

Growing up in the Lehigh Valley, I enjoy participating in events with the Arthritis Foundation and running local races with my father.

Personal interests

Spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy running outdoors and exercise when time allows.
