Patient portals for Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuylkill and LVPG–Schuylkill
Patients cared for by Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Schuylkill and LVPG–Schuylkill have two patient portals for their use.
Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuylkill: CPSI portal
If you are a patient of Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Schuylkill E. Norwegian Street, you can use our secure patient portal, hosted by CPSI, that provides you with convenient 24-hour access to your personal health information from anywhere with an internet connection. This information will be available online for you to view upon discharge.
Accessing the patient portal provides you with information such as:
- Certain Lab tests
- Medical problems/history.
- Discharge instructions for those who were inpatients
It's easy to sign up. Just provide a valid email address when you are registered at the hospital and you will receive an invitation to create a user account for the portal upon discharge. This service is absolutely free and is provided to help you become a healthier, more informed patient.
