COVID-19 Screening and Testing for People with Symptoms

If you have symptoms of COVID-19 and need a COVID test, you will need a prescription. To get your prescription, do one of three things: Call the MyLVHN Nurse Information line at 1-888-402-LVHN or complete an LVHN Video Visit or E-Visit by going to MyLVHN.org or downloading the MyLVHN app. A clinician will determine if testing is needed and schedule your appointment.

View your COVID-19 test results

After your COVID-19 test, there’s no need to wait for a clinician to call you. You can view your test results and quarantine instructions as soon as they are available on the MyLVHN patient portal. If you receive positive test results, you will receive a call with guidance. Should you have questions about your results, please call 484-273-4368.

This is not an urgent care facility, you will be billed as if you were being treated by your Primary Care Physician.
