Information for Faith Leaders
We respect patients’ privacy and confidentiality. Our volunteers will visit patients, explaining the availability of our chaplains and attempting to connect them with their faith communities. They will ask patients if they would like to be listed as a member of their congregation and whether they would like us to call their congregation. If patients do not want to be listed under their congregational codes, we must respect their wishes. We only can call you when a patient or family member asks that we notify you of the patient’s admission.
To receive the names of patients who are listed under your congregational code number at any of the hospital sites, call the pastoral care office at 610-402-8465 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.
