Karen Clark, DNP, is Vice President of Patient Care Services for Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital and the Women and Children’s service line for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). In this role, Clark has responsibility for guiding and overseeing operational and clinical activities and assuring safe and efficient quality-driven outcomes. 

Clark completed her Doctor in Nursing Practice at Drexel University, holds a Master in Business Administration from DeSales University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales. She is board-certified as an Advanced Nurse Executive by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Prior to her current role, Clark’s experience includes bedside nursing in a neuro-trauma intensive care unit and labor and delivery, newborn nursery and postpartum care areas. She coordinated staffing for a long-term care facility and managed an acute rehabilitation unit. She has held leadership positions in home health and inpatient settings and serves as an adjunct faculty member at DeSales University. Clark has been published several times and holds national and local memberships in professional nursing organizations.
