Kirsten Hagen Anthony

Kirsten Hagen Anthony, a member of the Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Trustees since 2017 and a member of the Lehigh Valley Hospital Board of Trustees, is Co-Founder and Partner of Brinley Partners, an alternative investment firm focused on providing capital solutions to high-quality, below investment grade companies in the large cap and middle market space. Brinley Private Debt Fund I closed with $4.5 billion total capital, including anticipated leverage and vehicles related to the fund making it one of the largest first-time credit funds.

Prior to Brinley Partners, Ms. Hagen Anthony spent 20 years with Goldman Sachs Group Inc., where she most recently served as Head of Americas Senior Debt in the Private Credit Group, overseeing the leveraged loan investing strategy in North America. She was also closely involved in the mezzanine debt and preferred equity investing businesses. Ms. Hagen Anthony served on the Goldman Sachs Bank USA Management Committee and the Goldman Sachs Bank USA Client and Business Standards Committee. She also served on the board, or as an observer of the board, of numerous portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hagen Anthony had various positions in the investment banking division and the leveraged finance group. She has more than 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years of credit and structured equity investing experience.

Ms. Hagen Anthony earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Spanish, from DePauw University. Her community involvement has included support of ArtsQuest, Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, DePauw University and Student Sponsor Partners, among others. Ms. Hagen Anthony and her husband, Len, have two children.
