If this is a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
During the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis, we are encouraging all non-emergency patients to stay home. In order to make sure you receive the care you need, consider one of the options below.
- e-Visit – Visit MyLVHN.org or your MyLVHN mobile app to schedule an eVisit. You’ll be prompted to fill out a detailed questionnaire that will be evaluated by a provider. He/she will communicate with you via email and will let you know if you need to visit an LVHN facility for treatment.
- LVHN Video Visit – Use your MyLVHN mobile app to schedule an LVHN Video Visit. This allows you to see a provider face to face from the comfort of your own home. He/she will let you know if you need to visit an LVHN facility for treatment.
- LVHN hotline – Call 888-402-LVHN (5846) and press 3 to speak with a nurse. He/she will let you know if you need to visit an LVHN facility for treatment.
Due to high volumes related to COVID-19, our response time will be slower than usual. Consider calling Lehigh Valley Health Network's Access Center at 888-402-LVHN (5846) and press 1 for assistance Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
888-402-LVHN (5846) is staffed by professionals who can help you find the right doctor, schedule an appointment or assist you with questions related to our hospital locations.
