Medical Toxicology Fellowship Application Instructions

Fellows must be board-certified or board eligible and successfully completed an ACGME Accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Preventative Medicine.

Applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

Medical Toxicology is recognized by the American Board of Medical Subspecialties (ABMS), whose sponsoring boards include Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics and Preventative Medicine.
