Lehigh Valley Health Network Via Marathon
Lace up your sneakers for a good cause – Via of the Lehigh Valley. Register to run on a course designed by Bart Yasso, Chief Running Officer at Runner’s World. The scenic course, with a net elevation drop, makes it an attractive qualifying run for the Boston Marathon. The average runner’s time for the past few years has been under 4 hours.
If you're not up for running the whole race – or not running at all – consider:
- Running a half-marathon (13.1 miles)
- Forming a relay team with five people (each leg ranges from 3.7 to 6.3 miles)
- Participating in a 5K (3.1-mile) run
- Joining the Via walk
- Entering the kids race
- Volunteering by setting up the course, handing water to passing runners, providing medical care and more
