3 medium-sized peaches
3 tablespoons canola or grape seed oil
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg
-Wash peaches and slice in half (remove pit)
-In a small bowl mix together oil and cinnamon/nutmeg. Brush lightly onto each half of the peach.
-Place the peaches cut side down and grill until seared and grill marks appear (about 3-5 minutes).
-Remove from heat and serve.
-Serving suggestion: Peaches pair well with grilled chicken or pork, or tossed in a salad.
