Grilled Portobello Mushroom
6 4-inch portobello mushrooms (stemmed, gills cut out)
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
¼ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
-Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, thyme, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl.
-Add mushrooms and thoroughly coat. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
-Grill mushrooms 10-12 minutes per side or until tender.
-Serving suggestions: Serve warm as an alternative to a meat burger or on a salad
