As a Nurse Extern II, you'll provide direct patient care, including vital signs, blood sugars, EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection. This opportunity offers hands-on training from experienced RNs. Transition to Nurse Extern III before your final year, working directly with a Registered Nurse to develop essential skills, including medication administration/education, IV insertion, and patient assessments. Get ready for your last year with enhanced communication, bedside shift reports, and patient prioritization.
