A dedicated hub of collaboration, innovation, education and research, Lehigh Valley Fleming Neuroscience Institute is a premier destination for care of brain, spine and other neurological and neurosurgical disorders in the region.
- We have 2 position located at LVHN Cedar Crest in beautful Allentown, PA
Neurosurgery CRNP
- Schedule is Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm
- Weekend and Holiday rotation (1 in 4 weekends, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday)
- You will work along side of dedicated, expert physicians and APC's
Doctors CRNP
- In this position you will be a surgeon's direct APP.
- Schedule is Monday - Friday based on the surgeon's schedule.
- On average it will be 7am-4pm but days can vary depending on OR or the clinic schedule
- Weekend and Holiday rotation (1 in 4 weekends, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday)
- You will work along side of dedicated, expert physicians and APC's

Qualifications
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurosurgey
- A valid PA Medical License, or ability to obtain one, is required
- Permitted to work within the US
