LVHN E-Visit: Step by Step Instructions

Find instructions on how to access an E-Visit using either a desktop or mobile device.

LVHN E-Visits is a type of telemedicine where you can easily access experts without physically meeting them in an office setting. Instead, you access a provider through the MyLVHN app or MyLVHN.org.

These instructions will walk you through completing an E-Visit.

Note: If this is an emergency, please call 911.

E-Visit using the MyLVHN app

  1. Choose E-Visit from the home menu.
  2. Read About E-Visits and Click “Ok, I Got It”
  3. Select a reason for the E-Visit and click Continue.
  4. Read the E-Visit Terms and Conditions and click Accept.
  5. Tell a Provider About Your Symptoms, Click Continue with an E-Visit
  6. Review contact information
  7. Review your medications, modify if necessary, verify your information is correct and click Continue.
  8. Repeat for allergies.
  9. Answer complaint questions and click Continue (you may have multiple screens of questions).
  10. Review a summary of your responses (you may also edit responses by clicking the Edit button), and click Submit E-Visit when completed.
  11. For Rash/Red Eye – images can be uploaded.
  12. View the confirmation message.

E-Visit on desktop at MyLVHN.org

  1. Choose Schedule an E-Visit from the Quick Links.
  2. Select a reason for the E-Visit
  3. Read the E-Visit Terms and Conditions and click Accept.
  4. Click Continue with an E-Visit.
  5. Review your contact information
  6. Review your medications, modify if necessary, verify your information is correct and click Continue.
  7. Repeat for allergies.
  8. Answer complaint questions and click Continue (you may have multiple screens of questions).
  9. Review a summary of your responses (you may also edit responses by clicking the Edit button), and click Submit E-Visit when completed.
  10. For Rash/Red Eye – images can be uploaded.
  11. View the confirmation message.
