Amy Nyberg, MBA, is Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) with responsibility for ambulatory services across all LVHN regions. 

Ms. Nyberg’s career has included serving as president of Coordinated Health, which joined Lehigh Valley Health Network in December 2019. Under her guidance, Coordinated Health experienced substantial growth by attracting new physicians and establishing new service lines. She was at the center of the company's expansion and collaborations in northeast Pennsylvania and western New Jersey. Ms. Nyberg also introduced innovative approaches to bundling health care delivery that resulted in high-quality patient outcomes and a significant reduction in cost for many common procedures. 

Prior to joining Coordinated Health, Ms. Nyberg held leadership positions at Centura Health, the largest Health System in Colorado, and Allina Health in Minnesota. Early in her career, she served as a consultant nationally providing expertise in strategy and development, physician engagement, practice management, analytics and IT implementation, and has worked with many of the nation’s largest health systems including Adventist Health System, Catholic Health Initiatives, Cooper University Health Care and Orlando Health.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Arizona State University, Ms. Nyberg earned an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado. She is also actively involved in the community and serves the American Heart Association and River Valley Waldorf School.
