Hello, friends! I’m Lisa Dapuzzo and I’m the practice Leader for the Center for Women’s Medicine (CWM for short, which is the residency clinic). Born and bred in NJ, I have to come to love life in PA. I did my undergraduate education at Rutgers University and then went to Penn State University for medical school. I did my residency at LVHN and stayed here for multiple reasons, but largest of which was to teach residents in our program.

I practice at the CWM and with LVPG on call. I am interested in treating chronic pelvic pain and substance use disorder in pregnancy. If you see me in the CWM, you will likely find me running around making sure everything is going smoothly for our patients, our providers and our staff. I love being there and love seeing the residents grow and mature.

I am also the gyn rotation leader, which is great, because more than anything I love teaching surgery. I am so proud when I see two residents doing a major surgery together at the end of their residency.

A fun fact about is me: I’m 4’11” and yet can be classified as a Category V hurricane.

I live with husband, George, and two boys, Tommy and Johnny. Like many of our attendings, I love Disney. I love spending me with my family, going to the beach, spending me in the pool, and reading a good book!
