College students are accepted year-round. If you are applying for a semester session only, please apply and contact the appropriate office at least one month in advance of the start of the semester. College students who are volunteering for summer session only must apply by March 1.
To become an LVHN volunteer, complete these steps:
- Submit two (2) satisfactory references from non-family members. Download the reference form.
- Complete a volunteer application.

As a volunteer, you will receive credit towards lunch in the cafeteria before or after your volunteer shift.
