Our clinicians provide daily on-call support, ensuring seamless care for patients whenever it’s needed. You’ll care for patients of all ages, from children to older adults, addressing a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries. In addition to in-person visits, video visits are also available, offering flexible options for patient care.

Hours, flexibility and training
JeffExpress locations are open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., except for holidays. Clinicians benefit from the flexibility to work across multiple JeffExpress locations, providing variety and experience in different clinical settings. Every new hire participates in a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure a smooth transition into the team.

Scheduling expectations
Clinicians are scheduled for their expected patient-care hours each week, with shared rotation for holiday and weekend coverage to support work-life balance. This structured scheduling approach ensures consistent patient access while promoting a collaborative team environment.
