About
Philosophy of care
My philosophy centers on treating all patients with compassion, respect and understanding. I value education, communication and collaboration. I'm committed to evidence-based comprehensive care while making sure you feel heard, supported and involved in care decisions. I restore mobility, function and quality of life to return you to the activities you love.
Why I entered medicine
I have always been fascinated by the human body – how it functions, heals and adapts. That curiosity led me to orthopedics, where movement and science intersect. I was also drawn to the intersection of science and service. Applying what I know to improve someone’s health and well-being is incredibly meaningful to me. It allows me to combine problem-solving with compassion while continuing to grow and learn.
Community involvement
Throughout school I remained committed to community and preventive health. I volunteered with the Health and Wellness at King's College (HAWK) program, helping conduct free DEXA scan screenings, stress tests and gait analyses to support research on health, fitness and performance. I also contributed to the Peyton Walker Foundation, assisting with free cardiac screenings aimed at detecting early heart abnormalities and preventing sudden cardiac arrest in athletes and students.
Personal interests
Outside of medicine, my personal interests include CrossFit, traveling somewhere new, gymnastics, attending professional and collegiate sporting events, spending quality time with friends and family, trying new foods/restaurants and relaxing at the beach.
