Hello, my name is Katie Czajkowski, and I am a physical therapist at the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest. I received my undergraduate degree at Villanova University in 2005 and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. I worked for 13 years for Jefferson-Einstein in the acute rehab and home health settings. Then I came to Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) in 2021 where I have worked primarily in neurologic rehabilitation.

Since being at LVHN, I have obtained my Level 2 Ekso Certification and Certified Brain Injury Specialist credentials. Outside of patient care, I help to organize observation experiences throughout the network for undergraduate and high school students interested in physical therapy and help to facilitate the simulation lab for new graduate clinical students within the network. I live in Bucks County with my husband and daughter.
