I am a native of Williamsport (Loyalsock Township High School) and a 1999 graduate of the University of Scranton Master of Physical Therapy program (at the time). I started my career in the acute hospital setting at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown for a year or so, spent some time with MossRehab’s satellite unit at Sacred Heart and then transitioned to the outpatient setting for a short time. Missing my love for the neuro population and the rehab setting overall, I returned to MossRehab at Sacred Heart for 10 more years. I gained so much knowledge working with a great team and having access to the renowned MossRehab universe.

I transitioned to Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) with the opening of the inpatient rehab unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH)–Cedar Crest in 2015 and was lucky to be on the ground level in the development and growth of that facility. Two years later I transitioned to LVH–Muhlenberg with the opening of the inpatient rehab unit there. I have a special interest in the stroke and general neurologic populations. Student programming has always been, for me, a favorite aspect of the profession, and I have mentored dozens of students who are now working in the area and even for LVHN. What I love most about working in inpatient rehab is devising creative approaches to solving problems and impairments. I live in Bethlehem with my wife and five children.
