Alayna Sensinger
Physical Therapist

Hi. My name is Alayna Sensinger, and I am one of the physical therapists at the 1503 Neuro Destination Center at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). I received my Master of Physical Therapy from Springfield College in 2005 and my transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2015. My experience has primarily been in outpatient neurologic and vestibular therapy, while I also spent three years working in inpatient acute rehabilitation before joining the LVHN team in 2008. I completed the Vestibular Rehabilitation Competency course at Emory University in 2012 and the Advanced Vestibular Certificate program at the University of Pittsburgh in 2025. I also maintain a Certified Brain Injury Specialist certification. These certifications support my special interest in managing patients with vertigo and acquired brain injury. Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle with my family. Hobbies include running, horseback riding and having my dogs compete in field events. My goal is to help each patient become more active and independent so they can enjoy their most important activities in life.
