LVHN’s LPN Residency Program is a comprehensive yearlong initiative meticulously crafted to facilitate a seamless transition into clinical roles. Powered by evidence-based curriculum, this program is designed to equip LPNs with the tools, knowledge and confidence needed to excel in their careers.
If you’ve graduated as a licensed practical nurse within the past 12 months or are an experienced LPN venturing into the hospital setting for the first time, you’re eligible to embark on this transformative journey with us.
Our program fosters a supportive environment by pairing new LPNs and those new to the hospital setting in collaborative cohorts. These cohorts engage in educational seminars, peer support discussions and guidance sessions, all led by experienced nurse resident facilitators. This unique approach facilitates learning and cultivates a strong sense of community and mentorship.
