Visiting Medical Students

The physicians and staff of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) have a long-standing commitment to excellence in medical education. We are a regional campus for the University of South Florida SELECT medical education program as well as a Core Clinical Campus for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  Additionally, LVHN offers electives for fourth-year medical students from LCME- and AOA-accredited medical schools.

Fourth-year medical students

LVHN offers elective rotations to fourth-year medical students from LCME- and AOA-accredited medical schools in the U.S., including Puerto Rico. All students must apply through the Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO) website. Students will receive an email notification with the department’s decision in approximately four weeks of applying.
