Summary
Help us drive innovation forward by supporting recruitment marketing and communication strategy. This role is responsible for maintaining a best-in-class digital experience for Physician and APC candidates by:
• Writing and producing content for CRM campaigns, integrating multiple tactics including email, lead generation, web copy, etc.
• Drafting copy and guiding strategy for paid and organic recruitment campaigns.
• Contributing to recruitment marketing operations and technology in close partnership with the marketing and public affairs digital team.
• Working closely with Physician and APC recruiters and operational leaders to identify positions of greatest need and messaging.
This role reports to the Recruitment Marketing Manager in Marketing and Public Affairs.
Job Duties
- Design and maintain a best-in-class digital experience for Physician and APC candidates (e.g. paid/organic/site search, LVHN.org website and online application process).
- Crafts strategy and produces content for CRM campaigns. Produces paid and organic recruitment campaigns.
- Help define target clinician personas to drive qualified applicants to open jobs.
- Amplify colleague ambassadors and generate referrals from colleagues
- Track, measure and report on results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration
- 3 years Marketing or Communications
- Recruitment marketing experience, physician recruitment experience, health care recruitment experience
- CRM Marketing experience
- Proficient in paid traditional and digital campaigns
- Expertise in recruitment marketing/candidate experience
- Experience with organic social media
- Excellent writing and messaging skills
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
