Cancer Support Services-Cedar Crest

Cancer Support Services-Cedar Crest is the meeting place of Young Adult SurvivorPLACE, which is available to survivors of childhood, adolescent and young adult cancers who are ages 18-39 years of age, at least five years post-cancer treatment, and have no evidence of active cancer disease. At Young Adult SurvivorPLACE, annual follow-up care for cancer is provided in a clinic setting.

A physician or nurse practitioner will perform an exam and routine surveillance screening. Our team of oncology professionals also can provide recommendations for lasting effects related to cancer or its treatment.

The Young Adult Survivor PLACE team also includes a rehabilitation specialist, dietitian, social worker, and a nurse navigator.
