LVHN–EMS West End is the leading provider of emergency and non-emergency ambulance service in western Monroe County.
Our dedicated staff of emergency medical professionals responds to almost 5,000 calls annually.
You don’t have to be a subscriber to use LVHN–EMS End services. If you subscribe, however, you’ll save money and support a qualified team of local professionals. You’ll also support your community because LVHN–EMS West End provides services at local events and training sessions.
While LVHN–EMS West End receives donations, subscriptions are the main source of funding.
Subscription Benefits
No Out-of-Pocket Expenses
Medicare and commercial insurances typically do not pay 100% for an emergency ambulance call. LVHN–EMS West End, by law, is required to bill you for the balance owed unless you are a subscriber.

Your paid membership helps LVHN–EMS West End continue to provide our team with the latest lifesaving equipment as well as continue to maintain our fleet and purchase new and additional ambulances.
LVHN–EMS West End employs top-notch personnel. Your paid subscription allows for the employment of highly skilled and trained paramedics and emergency medical technicians to respond to your emergency needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Your paid subscription enables us to bring the best medical care instructors to continue to train and enhance the skills of our staff needed to care for you, your loved ones and your neighbors.
Support Your Community
Your paid subscription allows us to provide on-site ambulance services at local events and to train people in how to respond to an emergency before help arrives, including CPR and Stop the Bleed classes.
Subscription Plans and Pricing
Single: $45/year
Family: $75/year
A family subscription includes spouses or adults in a similar relationship, such as significant others, all dependent children under age 18 and full-time college students up to age 26. Other household members need their own subscription.
