LVHN Video Visit: Step by Step Instructions

Scheduling an LVHN Video Visit – From MyLVHN App for mobile device

  1. Log into your MyLVHN account. Press “Appointments” icon.
  2. At bottom of page, press “Schedule an Appointment.”
  3. Next, choose “Tell us why you’re coming in.”
  4. Select LVHN Video Visit
  5. Answer all required questions on page. Press “Continue”
  6. Read Terms and Conditions. Press “Continue” when complete.
  7. Select a date and time for your MyLVHN Video Visit appointment.
  8. Answer required question: What is the most important thing you want addressed during this visit?
  9. Press “Schedule” to make video visit appointment.

Starting your LVHN Video Visit

  1. Launch the MyLVHN app on your smart device and log in to the secure portal.
  2. Press the “Appointments” icon on your screen. Then select your upcoming LVHN Video Visit appointment. This will open your appointment.
  3. You can “test video” up to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. The “test video” button is at the bottom of the appointment screen.
  4. Within 15 minutes before your appointment time, press “Begin Visit.”
  5. You will be placed in a virtual waiting room window.

Scheduling an LVHN Video Visit – From MyLVHN.org desktop version

  1. Log-in to MyLVHN.org from your desktop or laptop computer.
  2. On the MyLVHN screen, hover cursor over “Visits” icon at top of screen, and then select Schedule an Appointment. (Or scroll to bottom of page to Quick Links and select “Schedule an appointment or video visit.”)
  3. Under “Tell us why you’re coming in,” select LVHN Video Visit
  4. Answer all required questions on page. Select “Continue.”
  5. Read Terms and Conditions. Click “Continue” when complete.
  6. Select a date and time for your MyLVHN Video Visit appointment.
  7. Answer required question: What is the most important thing you want addressed during this visit?
  8. Select “Schedule” to make video visit appointment.

Note: While you can schedule an LVHN Video Visit through the desktop version of our website (MyLVHN.org), in order to have a video visit, you will need to use the MyLVHN app on your mobile device.

 

During your LVHN Video Visit

  1. Introduce yourself to the provider and introduce anyone else you may have in the room with you.
  2. The provider will end the visit when it is complete.
  3. Your After-Visit Summary will be available in MyLVHN after your visit. Any additional documents (such as notes for work or school), also will be placed in your MyLVHN account.
  4. Any necessary prescriptions will be e-prescribed to pharmacy of your choice.

If you are unable to connect

  1. Close any open applications – other than MyLVHN.
  2. If at the time of your LVHN Video Visit you are unable to connect, call our support center at 844-4MY-LVHN (844-469-5846).
  3. If you are still unable to connect after calling the support center,
    • Call 888-402-LVHN to schedule another appointment.
    • Visit one of our nearby ExpressCARE locations for no-appointment care.
