The TSU is a 52-bed sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation unit that provides around-the-clock nursing care, physical and occupational therapy and a full schedule of activities designed to support your individual progress.
At the TSU, you are the focus of everything we do. Our goal is to support you during your recovery as you regain your health and independence. Our team creates individualized treatment plans designed to help you reach your personal goals. We understand families are an important part of your recovery and include them in every step of the process.
As a skilled nursing facility, we care for newly discharged hospital patients who might need more time to recover. Conditions we care for include stroke, joint replacement, neuromuscular illness, heart attack, traumatic injuries, fractures, vascular disease and other illnesses.

At the TSU, you will receive a full spectrum of care from physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and our skilled nursing team. During your stay at the TSU, you will stay in a private room with access to top-notch skilled nursing care around the clock. We even encourage you to dress in your regular clothing and take part in social activities.
Visitors are always welcome and even encouraged at the TSU. We have open visiting hours, and children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Pets are even permitted to visit with special arrangements.

If you feel that the TSU would be a good fit, you will need a referral from your physician.
We are certified by the Medicare program, and we also have contracts with private insurance companies and health maintenance organizations (HMOs).
