JeffExpress Urgent Care–Middle Smithfield Now Open in Monroe County

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), part of Jefferson Health, cut the ribbon for JeffExpress Urgent Care–Middle Smithfield. Conveniently located along Route 209, this facility brings a new urgent care experience to the Monroe County community. JeffExpress Urgent Care–Middle Smithfield opened its doors to patients on Thursday, Jan. 29, and  offers walk-in or by appointment care for urgent minor illnesses and injuries.

JeffExpress Urgent Care–Middle Smithfield features four patient exam rooms with medical testing equipment in each room and on-site X-ray imaging with real-time readings. This facility is in the same building as LVPG Family Medicine–Middle Smithfield at 4541 Milford Road, East Stroudsburg.

With the option to reserve an appointment online, convenient hours and shorter wait times, this model of care makes it easier and faster for patients to receive care when they need it.”

JeffExpress Urgent Care is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with adjusted hours on holidays. Registration, testing, treatment and checkout all occurs in a private exam suite to make the experience easier and more comfortable for each patient. The clinical concierge, who serves as the patient’s guide throughout their visit, combined with the use of new technology allows appointments to run smoothly and gives clinicians more time to connect with patients.
